Mrs. Kersh retired in the mid-1970s after selling her garden shop and moving to Houston, where she was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include one son, Lewis Bruce of Houston, and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the food pantry or the Keen-agers Club at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 19222 Tomball Parkway, Houston, Texas 77070.
