Pauline Esther Bozarth, 72, of New London, died at 6 a.m. Monday, March 2, 1992, at the New London Care Center.

Born May 24, 1919, near New London, she was the daughter of Ferdinand and Florence Mumme Broeker. She married Willis Bozarth April 8, 1939, in Kahoka, Missouri.

She was a 1937 graduate of New London High School. She had worked at Sylvania, the New London Glove Factory, the New London Care Center and was an Avon representative.

She was a member of the New London Church of Christ, the VFW Auxiliary and Royal Neighbors of America.

Survivors include her husband; one son, Willis Bozarth of San Jose, California; one daughter, Paula Turner of New London; one sister, Frances Schwartz of Winfield; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son and a brother.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Elliott Chapel in New London.

The funeral for Mrs. Bozarth will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Elliott Chapel with the Reverend Rod Cooper officiating. Burial will be in the Trinity Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for the New London Church of Christ building fund.
