1. To my daughter EDITH V. ANDREWS $2000 to make her equal with my son MORGAN PUFFER for the amount advanced to him.
2. I give to my wife HARRIET PUFFER, the balance of my estate, during her natural life. At her death it is to be equally divided between my son MORGAN PUFFER and my daughter EDITH V. ANDREWS. If they have no children, then the portion is to go to nearest relatives, and if none, then to WILLIAM P. ANDREWS.
