DEMAREE - Rita, 66, passed away June 17, 2011. She was an Army veteran. Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Demaree; and stepson, Gregory Demaree. She is survived by her stepdaughters, Michelle Gaither and Dana Ross (Neale); brothers, Robert Vogt (Kellie) and William Vogt (Ruby); sisters, Rose Lenhart (Louie), Catherine Holmes and Carolyn Smith; and six grandchildren. Her visitation will be Tuesday, from noon - 8 p.m. with a funeral service at 7 p.m. that evening at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Highway, corner of Rockford Lane.
