In 1901 Isaac married Bessie Weeks, Josephine's sister, at a Methodist Church in Iowa. I.M. Puffer arrived to Miami late in life where he is buried at Woodlawn Park North Cemetery. His occupation was a Methodist Minister.
Isaac and Emma's three children are Emma Oma, Ina Willetta and Kenneth. Children are all buried in other states.
