CASSVILLE — Funeral services for Lee Bowers, 69, of Cassville, were to be at 2 p.m. today in the Chapel in the Welley in Cassville with the Rev, O. T. AI-Ired officiating. Burial was to be in the Mineral Springs Cemetery near Cassville under the direction of Williamson of Cassville.
Mr. Bowers died at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Cardwell Memorial Hospital at Stella, Mo., following a short illness. He was a retired nightwatchman for Forrest Products of Cassville.
Survivors include his wife, Esther; three sons, Carroll and Farrell, of Cassville, Gerrell, of Garden City; two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Nelson, of Reeds, and Mrs. Doris Henbest, of Cassville one sister, Mrs. Bertha Marlow, of Tulsa; 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
