Passed away Saturday morning at St. Luke's Hospital. Age 73 years. He was born in Saginaw and had been a lifelong resident. He married Ella Felker, who predeceased him.
Surviving are one brother and one sister, John Schmidt, Saginaw; Mrs. Lena Haske, Fairgrove; several nieces and nephews.
