Funeral services will be held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Thursday, December 30, 2010, at 10:30 a.m for R. O. Addison, 82, who died Monday, December 27, 2010, in Rayne Guest Home, Rayne.
Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2, Rayne.
Surviving are one step-daughter, Barbara Prudhomme of Eunice; two stepsons, Donald Patin of Rayne, and John Patin of Australia; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters, Erma New and husband, Joe, Joyce Hartwick, and Jewell Castro; two brothers, Clifford Addison, and Roy Addison and his wife, Shareon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Della Duhon Addison; one step-son, Herbert Patin; parents, Issac Addison and Ivory Bell Bennett Addison; and two brothers, Russell Addison and Johnny Addison.
He was born Monday, April 2, 1928, in Bronte, TX, son of the late Issac Addison and the late Ivory Bell Bennett Addison.
