Luetta Jackson of Midwest City OK died on June 16, 2011, and joined her Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as her husband and soul mate. She was an active member of First Christian Church of Midwest City. Luetta was born on July 12, 1929, in Cainsville MO to Dale and Inez Carlisle. When she was eleven, they moved to Elliott IA, where she grew up on a farm and attended school through high school. She then went to Omaha NE, where she graduated from business school. There she met M.B. Jackson, who was attending Creighton University. On September 23, 1950, they were married in Elk City OK. They resided in Memphis TX, then moved to Oklahoma City OK in 1951. Luetta worked as office manager for T.J. Bosiner Construction for over 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 48 years, M.B., in 1998; parents; brother Leland Carlisle of Bellevue WA.

Survivors are her son Dana B. and wife Donna Jackson of Broken Arrow OK; son Michael J. and wife Brenda Jackson of Midwest City; grandsons Brandon Jackson (Jessica) of Broken Arrow, Jeremy Jackson (Bethany) of Norman OK, Wade Jackson of Midwest City, Kirk Jackson of Moore OK; great-grandchildren Rylie, Josiah, Jonah, and Scarlet; sister Loree Hamilton of Oakland IA; 9 nieces; and 5 nephews.

She will be lovingly remembered and missed.
