Born Pearl Leroy Will in 1915 in Meigs County, Ohio, Lee Will graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and worked for over 40 years for DuPont at the Belle plant outside Charleston, West Virginia. He was a member of First Christian Church, Disciples of Christ in Charleston.


Lee was married twice and had 4 children and 5 grandchildren. He died in 1994 in Charleston.
