Evelyn was a member of Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Orlando, FL. She was an excellent seamstress, not only creating beautiful dresses for her self but she loved to make clothing for her children and grand children. She also made 2 wedding dresses in which both won her the "Blue Ribbon" in a local competition. She love to cook and especially loved her "soap operas". When her children were young she was the local Cub and Girl Scout leader.
