REVOLUTIONARY WAR SERVICE:
Enlisted May 1777, served one month and seven days to June 16 in Col Jonathan Chase's Rgt for defense of Ft Ticonderoga. Served another 15 days under Col Chase for same purpose 5 June to 11 July 1777. Served in Chase's Rgt for a third time 23 September to 13 October 1777 at Saratoga.
