Dennis Camp Spurlock, 48, of Huntsville, died August 31, 2000 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was born March 12, 1952 at Huntsville, Arkansas. He was a 1970 graduate of Huntsville High School and held two Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He had taught Vocational Agriculture at Huntsville High School for twenty-two years and was a member of the Vocational Agriculture Twenty Year Club. He coached many successful poultry judging teams that had placed in district, state and national competitions. He was a member of the Huntsville Church of Christ, the American Federation of Teachers and the Friends of Poultry Science of the University of Arkansas. He was an avid Razorback fan and deer hunter. He enjoyed grafting and growing fruit trees.
