death of Benjamin R. Parish a brother of
George A. Parish of the city and a
former resident of Mt Auburn in his
home in Thomas Okla. Mr. Parish
was a Civil war veteran. At the bat-
tles of Ft. Donellson and Shiloh or
Pittsburg Landing Lieut. Parish was
in command of his company.
