India Prime Minister. Served as the Prime Minister of India from October 31, 1984 to December 1, 1989. He was the son of Indira Gandhi and a grandson of Jawaharlal Nehru. He was killed by a suicide bomber on May 21, 1991, in Sri Perambadur, India. He was cremated in Tamil Nadu, India, and his ashes were put in to 35 copper urns and sent to all corners of India.
