Bennie J. Neal, 77, of Benton, died at 7:11pm, Thurs., Aug 3, 2006 at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon.
Mr. Neal was born May 30, 1929 in Eastern Township, the son of Jerry and Maude Bolen Neal. He married the former Ina Ing on Aug 26, 1950.
He was a retired construction worker and attended Immanuel Baptist Church, Benton. He was an Army veteran.
Surviving relatives include his wife, Ina, of Benton; sister, Mona Powell of Benton.
Mr. Neal was preceded in death by his parents.
Burial will be in Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery, Benton with Pastor Roger Ellsworth officiating.
