Irma Allen, an Alturas resident, passed away at the Modoc Medical Center on January 12.
Mrs. Allen, who was born March 20, 1924 in Santa Rosa, had been in Modoc County since 1943. She was a member of the Golden Modoc'ers Club.
Funeral services were conducted from Kerr Chapel on January 15, and burial followed at the Eagleville Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband, Elmer, two daughters, Barbara Darlene Smith of San Diego and Mabel Bush of Klammath Falls, Oregon; one son, Joel Allen, Alturas; a sister, Dorothy Palimino, Sandiego; one brother, Don Teague, Susanville and seven grandchildren.
