Frederick W. Yates, 1112 Watchung Avenue, lawyer, who died unexpectedly, in Boston, Mass, on Friday night while on his way home from Capr Cod, was buried yesterday in the family plot in Hillside Cemetery following funeral services conducted in the late residence by the Rev. Dr. John J. Moment, minister of Cresent Avenue Presbyterian Church. The hoorary bearers were Perey H. Stewart, George F. Clay, Frank Cronwell, Harry Borden, Arthur Lovell, A. L. C. Marsh, John Leal, and Frank Clark.
