Pfc. Bialobrzeski Funeral Saturday

FUNERAL SERVICES for Pfc. Chester Bialobrzeski 30, who was killed in action Feb. 27, 1945, in Kiskorb, Germany, while serving with the 118th Infantry, Company A, will be held at 8:30 A.M. Saturday from the home of his mother, Mrs. Alexandra Bialobrzeski, 809 Burnet av.
Services will be held at 9 A.M; in Transfiguration Church. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, where full military services will be conducted by the American Legion, Pulaski Post 1650; American Legion, Post 41, and the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Polish Legion of American Veterans, Post 14.
Pfc. Bialobrzeski was employed by Brown-Lipe-Chapin before entering the Army. He attended Transfiguration School. He was a communicant of Transfiguration Church and a member of the Polish American Citizens Club.
Surviving, besides his mother are two brothers, Walter and Stephen Bialobrzeski; a sister, Mrs. Joseph Brzezinski and two nephews.

19 City Dead Among 7,000 Back in U.S.

THE BODIES of 78 Central New York veterans, including 19 from Syracuse, are among tne 7,000 returned to the United States; from Europe aboard the U. S. Army Transport Carroll Victory, the Army Department announced today.
Those from Syracuse include Pfc Chester Bialobrzeski 809 Burnet Av.

Accessioned as a "Selectee" and enlisted on February 20, 1942 as a Private at Ft. Niagara in Youngstown, NY, serial number 32234933.
