Timothy's cemetery transcription lists his birth year as 1811, though probably 1814, as given in Moravian records, is probably correct and his grave marker appears to say 1814. Timothy was born at Bethabara, Stokes (now Forsyth) County, North Carolina.
Timothy married Anna (Annie) Taylor (1830-1912) on 22 Jul 1852 at Forsyth County, North Carolina. Timothy and Annie were the parents of five known children, namely:
1. Charles W. Reich (1854-1935)
2. William Lewis Reich (1858-1935)
3. Susan Catherina Martha Reich (1860-1929)
4. Rebecca jane Clementine Reich Marshall (1863-1915)
5. Eliza Elvira Reich Spaugh (1868-1952)
In 1900 the widow Annie (mother of five, all living), and the single daughter Susan were living with the married son William L. Reich at Middle Fork Township, Forsyth County, North Carolina.
