Lillian Ammerman Hart, 65, of Falmouth, Kentucky, died Friday at her residence. She was a retired state executive director for ASCS Department of Agriculture, in Lexington, Kentucky. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, in Falmouth, past president of the Republic Women’s Club, former delegate to the Republican National Convention, founder of Habitat for Humanity in Pendleton County and a former member of Kincaid Regional Theater Board of Directors.

Survivors include: her husband, David L. Hart; a daughter, Diane H. Atchison, of Lexington; a sister, Kathryn Moore, of Lexington; three brothers, Tommy Ammerman and Bobby Ammerman, both of Falmouth, and Terry Ammerman, of Lexington; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Trinity Baptist Church, Falmouth. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth, and from 10:00 a.m. until time of services Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Mount Vernon Cemetery, in Pendleton County, Kentucky.
