Violet Marie Craigo, 83 of Bancroft, WV died Saturday June 11, 2011. She was a member of Bancroft Church of God Mission and a Christian.

Violet was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Maggie Sigman, her husband of 29 years Park Craigo (aka:Charles Parker Craigo), and her sister Betty King.

Violet is survived by her sons Dewain Craigo and wife Charlotte of Bancroft, WV Steve Craigo and wife Carla of Bancroft, Daughter Judy Painter and husband Roy of Bancroft, brothers John and Pat, Sisters Della and Ruth all of WV, 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

A tribute to the life of Violet Marie Craigo will be 12:00 noon on Monday June 13, 2011 with Dr. Jim Legg officiating at Haven of Rest Memory Gardens in Red house WV. Burial will follow at the cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to services at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hometown Senior Citizens.
