Katrina A. Lewis, 56, of Riverton passed away Wednesday June 8, 2011 at St. John's Hospital.
She was born May 20, 1955 in Tulsa, OK, the daughter of Richard J. and Mary M. (Douglas) Crist. On May 23, 1975 she married Michael L. Lewis in Arlington, VA. To this union one daughter, Tiffany Lewis-Feliciana (Tim) of Leavenworth, KS and one granddaughter, Ayana Spurlock.
Katrina graduated from Owasso High School in Owasso, OK. She attended college before enlisting in the U.S. Army where she served as a medic. She later worked as a cashier and homemaker.
She was a member of the American Legion Post 94, Leavenworth, KS and American Legion Post 32, Springfield, IL. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and stamping.
A committal service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 15 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS. Memorials may be made to ASPCA.
