Sally Jo Dickson Tate, 39, died August 4, 1995, in Salt Lake City.

Born March 23, 1956, Salt Lake City to Jack A. and Jean Lewis Dickson. Married Douglas R. Tate, September 12, 1975 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, later divorced. Her parents, children, family and friends knew Sally as a loving devoted mother and friend. Her life revolved around supporting her children and they will deeply miss their mother. She graduated from Skyline High School, Salt Lake Community College, and attended the University of Utah. She was active in the LDS Church, and had served in the Young Womens program and Primary.

Survived by her children; Steven, Nicholas, Clinton and Amanda; parents, Jack and Jean Dickson; brothers, Kenneth R. Lane, Robert L. Lane; sister, Rosemary Lund (Merrill); many nieces, nephews, aunts, one uncle and many friends.

Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, August 8, 1995, 12:00 Noon at the Salt Lake Olympus Stake Center, 2700 East 4500 South. Friends may call Monday 6 - 8 p.m., Larkin Sunset Lawn, 2350 East 1300 South, and Tuesday 10:45 - 11:45 a.m. at the Stake Center. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
