Sue Summers age 62 of Knoxville passed away suddenly Sunday, September 20, 2009 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Knoxville. She loved her family very much and enjoyed going on trips with her sister. Sue was very kind hearted and was a huge TN Vols fan. She was a life long democrat and member of AFL-CIO.
Preceded in death by Husband: David Summers. Parents: Taylor and Sylvia Miller.
Survived by Daughters: Linda Jean and Husband: Larry. Kathy Patrick – Yarnell and Husband: Brian. Karen Clinard and Husband: Brian all of Knoxville. Grandchildren: Steven Jean, Jon Keith Clinard, Mikayla Clinard, Thomas Jean, and Jason Patrick all of Knoxville. Brother: Eddie Miller and Wife: Oral of Jefferson City. Sisters: Theda Stuart and Husband: Joe of Hinesville, GA. Myrna Mcguire and Husband: James of Ludiwici, GA. Mickie Parrott and Husband: Cecil of Caryville. Joy Miller and Sister in Law: Jean of Arnold, PA. Melissa Miller and Steve Fultz of Church Hill, TN. Robin Green and Randall of Tampa, FL. Special Friends: Debbie Rowe, Robin Kitts, Suzanne Coile, and Corky Paul. Several beloved Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral service will be 8 PM Wednesday, September 23 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Brother: Jim Summers and Brother: Pete Daniels officiating. Interment will be 12 PM Thursday in Balers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Wednesday night before funeral service.
