Lee Keen
HENRIETTA - Lee Keen, 89, of Bluegrove, Texas passed away on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2004, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 18, 2004 in Hope Cemetery in Henrietta, Texas with Rev. Joe Ainsworth, pastor of the Bluegrove Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis Funeral Home in Henrietta, Texas.
Mr. Keen was born on Nov. 12, 1915 in Bryson, Texas to Stanley and Della Jane (Kelly) Keen. Mr. Keen served his country in the US Army during WWII. Mr. Keen married Anita Herrington on Sept. 15, 1948 in Hobbs, N.M. He was a retired rancher and a member of the Bluegrove Masonic Lodge for 50 years.
Mr. Keen was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Keen on June 19, 1983 and one son Jimmy Neill on May 10, 1991.
Survivors include his daughter, Vicki Keen of Bluegrove, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Billie Neill of Archer City, Texas; two grandsons, Tim Neill and wife Charlotte of Graham, Texas and Brandon Neill of Archer City, Texas; one great-grandson, Will Hyles of Graham, Texas; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Chaparral Hospice, Ste. 219, 115 South Main St., Jacksboro, Texas 76458.
