Kimberly A. Yates, 54, of Indianapolis, passed away May 30, 2011.

She was born November 6, 1956, in Beech Grove to Richard and Eileen Gunnoe.

Kimberly worked for 30 years at Anthem BCBS. She attended St. Barnabas Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband of 32 years, Ralph Yates; sons, Ryan Yates, Greg Yates; stepchildren, Paul (Colleen) Yates, Tracey (Rich) Johns, Shari (Jim) Coffman; sister, Pamela (Fred) Locke; niece, Amy Massenburg; nephew, Rick Smith; uncle, Chuck Gunnoe; aunt, Mabel Pugh; step-grandchildren, Andrea, Brandon, Amanda, Zachary, Leanne, Seger, Drake, Olivia; great-grandchildren, AJ, Shalyn, Branson, Brayden; brothers-in-law, Charlie Yates, Pat Yates; 30 nieces and nephews.

Her parents, and sister, Debbie Cope, preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 2 at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Avenue. Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 3 at the funeral home.

She will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery.
