Jack was a member of the Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle in Jonesboro. He served in the U.S. Army and worked for Sherwin Williams Paint Company for many years.
Jack is survived by his wife, Billie Jean Sprouse of Anna; two sons and daughter-in-laws, Timothy (Wendy) Sprouse of Smithland, KY and Terrence (Debbie) Sprouse of Wheatfield, IN; four grandchildren, Melissa J. Sprouse, Tiffany L. Sprouse, Nicholas (Kelly) Sprouse and Monica B. Sprouse; two great-grandchildren, Hayley Sprouse and Jacob Sprouse. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Louise Mowery.
Funeral services for Mr. Jack E. Sprouse will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle in Jonesboro with Rev. Timothy Sprouse, Rev. Terrence Sprouse and Rev. Geoff Bond officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Rendleman & Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro and from 9 – 11 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity Pentecostal Tabernacle. Military Rites will be conducted by the Military Honors Team from Marion. Interment will be in Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
