H. R. CROSWHITE DIES SUDDENLY AT HIS HOME HERE

Henry Robert Croswhite, 79, of 622 Promenade, died suddenly at 12:10 o'clock this morning in his home.

Mr. Croswhite had lived in Moberly 48 years. He was born Jan. 23, 1887, in Audrain County, a son of John Croswhite and Larinda Moberly Croswhite. Mr. Croswhite was married Dec. 22, 1906, to Nellie Gentry, who survives. He retired in 1950 as a machinist for the Faessler Manufacturing Company. He was a member of Central Christian Church.

Surviving are his wife; one sister, Mrs. Nettie McCraw, St. Louis, and one nephew, John Baker, St. Louis.

The body is at the Cater Funeral Home. Funeral services will be in the chapel at 2 o'clock Saturday with the Rev. C. W. Cornn, Christian minister, in charge. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery, visitation will begin at 7 o'clock tonight.
