Mrs. Elizabeth Rohrer Neterer, 70, died at 7:30 Friday morning at her home in South West. She has been ill since May 22. The deceased, daughter of Joseph and Harriet (Moyer) Rohrer, was born in Elkhart county, April 15, 1871. Her husband, Charles Wesley Neterer, whom she married December 24, 1891, died December 27, 1916.
Surviving are five children, Mrs. Walter (Clara) Metzler of this place, Morris Neterer of Kansas City, Mo., Vernon Neterer of Nappanee, Mrs. Elmer (Mabel) Weaver of South West, and Russell Neterer of Huntington; 11 grandchildren; a brother, Josiah Rohrer of South West, and a sister, Mrs. Louise Doering of Elkhart. Three children, Hattie, Arthur and Elizabeth, preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p. m. at the home and at 2:30 at the South West Mennonite Brethren in Christ church, of which the deceased was a member. The Rev. A. B. Yoder and the Rev. Delmer Horn officiated. Burial was made in Chapel cemetery, one and one-half miles north of South West.
