Extract of Register No. 3 of the Acts of Marriage of the Parish Church of St. Louis of New Orleans, Louisiana ... No. 541. -- Miguel Dragon with Maria Francisca Monplessir.
On the 30th day of December, 1815, I, Fr. Antonio de Sedella, a Capuchin priest, Curate of the Parish Church of St. Louis, of New Orleans, having performed the usual ceremonies, and having obtained the license of the Judge of this District, as required by the laws of the State, and the three canonical publications of the marriage banns being dispensed with by the presbyter, Dr. Louis Sibourd, and on impediment interfering, I have married Miguel Dragon. of this city -- a native of Athens, capital of Greece, legitimate son of Antonio Dragon and Helena Clino - to Maria Francisca Monpessir Chauvin Beaulieu, a native and resident of this city, daughter of Francisco Monplessir Chauvin Beaulieu, and Marianne Lallande. Which contracting parties, having lived a long time together, having a daughter named Maria Anna, who was present at this act, and to whose legitimate parents having put the usual questions, I received for answer their mutual consent.
The witnesses were Franco. Adam, Andrea Dimitry and John Castro. In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand.

Extract of Register No. 8 of the Acts of Deaths of the Parish Church of St. Louis, of New Orleans, State of Louisiana .... No. 457 - Francisca Monplessir, Widow of Miguel Dragon.
This, 15th day of January, 1822, I, Fr. Antonio de Sedella, a Capuchin Priest, Curate of the Church of St. Louis, of New Orleans, buried in the Cemetery of the above-named Church the body of Francisca Monplassir, a native and resident of this place, over 50 years of age, Widow of Don Miguel Dragon; who died yesterday, having received the Holy Sacrament and Last Unction.
In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand the same day, moth, and year aforesaid.
