Lee Crow Whilkins is the oldest child of William A "Willie" Wilkins and Barbara Ellen "Barbie" Crow. He married Gertie Gladys (Hill) Surber Whilkins on Sep.18,1944 in Custer Co., Oklahoma. (Gertie married her first husband, Theodore Surber on Sep.8,1928 in Custer Co., Oklahoma). Lee was divorced from an earlier wife, Laura Ellen Ashcraft. He fathered two daughters. One by each wife.

On the 1940 U.S. CENSUS Lee is divorced and owns his own home and his widowed mom, Barbara Ellen (Crow) Wilkins, is living with him. His occupation was laborer on the State Highway.

He is a WWI Veteran and on his 1917 WWI REGISTRATION CARD and his 1942 WWII REGISTRATION CARD-(Men born on or after April 28, 1877 and on or before February 16, 1897) you can view his signature, address, and more for these two time periods. See photos of both on here.
