Services for Lauren Rebecca Mason, 16, of Liberty, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bartle Funeral Home by Steven Lee. Burial will be in Maxwell-Wright Family Cemetery. She died Sunday. Born Sept. 6, 1988, in Pineville, she was the daughter of William W. Mason and Kelly Maxwell Bell, both of Liberty. She was a student at Casey County High School where she was a member of the band and percussion section leader. Other survivors include her stepfather, Barry Bell of Liberty; her stepmother, Jamie Mason of Liberty; grandparents, Brenda and Roger Maxwell of Liberty, William L. Mason of Pineville and Rosie B. Hatfield of Pikeville; a brother, Matt Mason of Liberty; a sister, Stacey Mason of Liberty; a stepbrother, Jakie Bell of Liberty; and three stepsisters, Jerika and Ellie Bell and Ashlie Custer, all of Liberty.
