Billy Joe Haslip, 58, of Dover, Arkansas, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011.
He was born March 17, 1953 at Rixie, to Robert Lee Haslip and Martha Jean Hill. He was a master carpenter.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include three sons, Brian Haslip of San Diego, Derrick Haslip of Dover and Joey Burnett of Memphis; two daughters, Deedra Haslip of Dover and Cindy Taylor of Sherwood; three grandchildren, Tyler and Chloe Haslip of San Diego, and Tori Taylor of Sherwood; one sister, Barbara Judkins of Ward; two brothers, Rick Haslip of Beebe and Edward Haslip of Heber Springs; and many other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Cornwell Funeral Home, Dardanelle.
Family will also receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2011, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Monk Cemetery.
