"Clifford L. Fries

Clifford L. Fries, a Berkeley County native and loving husband of Edith Lucille Fries, died March 2, 2008, at the age of 81, in Cincinnati. He was proceeded in death by a brother, Frank and second wife, Viola Fries.

He is survived by first wife Ramona; their son, David Michael Fries and daughter-in-law, Pamela; stepsons, Gilbert William Strobridge, Paul Lorenzo and daughter-in-law, Wilivene; and grandchildren, Steffanie Fries, Jennifer Melvin, Casey Strobridge Ewing, Moni Richason, Timothy Lorenzo and Amy McSorley. He is also survived by great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends in the Martinsburg area.

Funeral services were held March 5 in Cincinnati.

Internment will take place at Rosedale Cemetery at 1 p.m. Monday, March 10, with a short committal service preceeded by a brief graveside viewing / visitation." END
