Spanish-American War veterans attending the state encampment at Saratoga Springs this week no doubt met old buddies. None were more pleasantly surprised than James D. Reid when Henry T. Norton, Rochester and his wife appeared at the Reid residence on Ballston Avenue on Monday night.
