George W. Goodrich, 83, of 1036 Main Street, died yesterday at Wesson Hospital. Born in Gilboa, N. Y., he lived at Holyoke for some time in this city for the past 30 years. He was formerly employed by the Morgan Envelope Company, retiring about eight years ago.
He leaves a brother Omar, of Worcester; a sister Mrs. Bertha Hammond of Ballston Spa, N. Y. and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Holyoke Lodge of Odd Fellows for 41 years and the Glenwood Rebekah Lodge of that city.
The funeral will be held at the William Wheeler Funeral Home at Ballston Spa, Thursday, with the burial also to be at Ballston Spa.
