Elkhart -Services for Albert J Simeri Sr., 54, of 56145 Riverdale Drive, who died at 1:54 am Sunday in the Elkhart General Hospital emergency room after an apparent heart attack, will be at 10 am Wednesday in St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, of which, he was a member. Burial will be on St Vincent Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home, where the rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.

Mr. Simeri was born July 19, 1931, in South Bend.

On July 17, 1954, he married Arlene A. Phillips. She survives with a daughter, Kimberly Schenk of Elkhart; two sons, Paul S. and Albert Jr., both of Elkhart; six grandchildren; a sister, Rosemary Wray of South Bend; three brothers, Joseph and Patrick, both of South Bend, and Rocco of Elkhart; and his mother Rose Simeri of South Bend. Mr. Simeri was a chief executive officer at Parkwood Homes, Bristol and Honey Recreational Vehicle Co.

He was a Navy veteran of the Korean conflict.
