She was a resident of Kingsland since 1971, having moved here from Austin. Mrs. Painter was a Presbyterian and a member of the Kingsland community Church in Kingsland. throughout her lifetime she loved gardening, crocheting, and knitting.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Painter of Kingsland, and two brothers, Rodney Painter and wife Brigitta of Stafford VA, and Henry F. Painter Jr. and wife Bunny of Austin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services were Monday, April 27 at 10 a.m. at the Kingsland Community Church in Kingsland with Rev. Tommie Beck officiating. Burial followed at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet County.
