Luciano was born in Italy, he came to the USA in 1910. He worked as a carman for the New York Central Railroad.

He was a Lorain resident for the past six years, he was formerly of Ashtabula. He was a member of the Sons of Italy and the Eagles Lodge.

He married Rose (Rosa)Travaglini, they had 9 children together. James, Guido, John, Albert, Louis, Anthony, Mary Jane, Rose and Jeanette. He had 22 grandchildren

He married in his 2nd Nellie DiBennetto.

Luciano passed away in Lorain, Ohio.
