Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 10, 2011 in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Sunnyside Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., Thursday, June 9, 2011.
Obituary
Mr. Boyd died Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Crisp Regional Hospital. He was born in Dooly County, Ga. to the late E. B. Boyd and the late Mozelle Crumley Boyd. He was a retired meter reader after 40 years with Crisp County Power and a member of Third Street Baptist Church
He is survived by his wife: Jackie Boyd of Cordele; his son: Lee Jack Boyd and his wife Debbie of Warner Robins; three grandchildren: Alexa Boyd, Ashley (Paul) Watt and Damon (Samantha) Brown; and four great-grandchildren
