Helen Bailey Davis, 80, died Sunday, June 5, 2011, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Fork Baptist Church by the Rev. Robert Garrett. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
She was born June 13, 1930, in Davie County to DeWitt Danner and Amanda Bowles Danner Link. Mrs. Davis was a member of Fork Baptist Church where she had been active as a nursery worker for over 30 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Foy Donald Bailey; her second husband, William "Bill" Davis; a sister, Nellie Bailey; and a brother, Howard Danner.
