Pat's passion was her family. She was never afraid to try something new whether it was fishing, hunting, doing ceramics, crocheting, drawing or learning to play bridge. She mastered technology like a sixteen year old from the computer to facebook to texting on a cell phone. She also recently created a facebook senior citizen birthday card drive. Pat grew up at the Bacon Home orphanage in Muskogee where she graduated from Muskogee High School in 1969.
For the past eleven years Pat was a private duty caregiver in Tulsa. Pat spent the last twenty-one years with her friend, companion and soul mate, Barry L. Sessoms.
Preceded in death by her parents Pat is survived by Barry Linwood Sessoms of the home; her daughters and son-in-laws, Georgina & Eric Johnson, Rebecca & Chad Graham and Laura & William Fairchild; eight grandchildren, Abby, Reese, Jessica, Hayden, Colin, Casey, Trey and Shelby; and a host of extended family and friends.
Pat will be continually missed and her memories will be cherished by family and friends for a lifetime.
A Life Celebration will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home Chapel. A reception will follow at Nienhuis Park Community Center, 3201 N. 7th Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She will be laid to rest at a private family committal at the Warner Memorial Cemetery, Warner, OK. (MillieBelle)
