Wanda A. Hall, age 89, of Pikeville, passed away, Monday, June 6, 2011, at the Pikeville Medical Center.
She was born January 11, 1922, in Pike County, Ky., the daughter of the late Paul and Dixie Cline Alley.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Pikeville Freewill Baptist Church and baptized on January 1, 1967.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Hall, one son, Donnie Hall, one brother, Elmer Alley, three sisters, Mable Branham, Hazel Slone and Maxie Wright.
She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Ann Pinson of Pikeville, Helena R. Syck and her husband, David of Pikeville, and Jennifer L. Stump and her husband, Mark of Kimper, ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, and also her caregiver, Cheryl Snodgrass.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel, with Don Lee, Morgan Chapman and Tommy England officiating. Burial will be in the Annie E. Young Cemetery at Shelbiana, Ky.
Visitation will after 6 p.m. Tuesday, with evening services at 7 p.m.
