She was the mother of six children; three by Caspar Naumann: Katherine Elizabeth, John Tobias and Mary Ann and three by Septimus Tecumseh Graham: James William, Clarence Edgar and a stillborn infant.

The portrait of Charlotte Naumann found to the right was discovered in the Graham Family Bible by her great grandson, Lawrence Edgar.
Her Tracy/Harden line originated in the Harrisonburg, Virginia area.
She died of heart disease in 1890 in Washington, D.C.
She was buried at Oak Hill Cemetery with both of her husbands, her father, mother and her maternal grandmother Elizabeth Hardin.
