He is survived by his wife, Ryan Lynn Zanowick, and son Uriah, of Twentynine Palms, CA; parents, Paul W. and Nanette Zanowick of Miamisburg, OH; sister, Nicole Zanowick of Miamisburg, OH; and grandparents, Nick & Jean Smith of Lima, OH and Russell & Mildred Zanowick of Hillsboro, OH.
