Mrs. Zona Cain, 83, a resident of Marble died there July 4. She was born June 6, 1877, in Madison county and was a lifelong resident. Her parents were John Crow and Susan Elliott Crow.
Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. Josie Vaughn of Marble; Mrs. Grace Walker of Neosho, Mo., Mrs. Mealie Webb of El Cerrito, Calif.; Mrs. Annie Utley of Buena Park, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Head of Hereford, Texas, Mrs. Eunice Walden of Marble and Mrs. Kate Ward of Berryville; two sons, Price Cain of Buena Park, Calif., and Woodrow Cain; one sister, Mrs. Sarah Parker of Springdale; 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Lower Camp Ground Thursday afternoon (today) at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Jake Drake. Burial will be in the cemetery there under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are: Clay Parker, Johnny Parker, Raymond Crow, Rank Crow, Ottis McClain and Creed Cain.
