PONCHATOULA - Jack Vernon Baham, 80, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2001, at North Oaks Medical Regional Medical Center, Hammond. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a retired pipefitter.
He is survived by two daughters, Beverly Barringer of Ponchatoula and Betty Jean Robertson of Worchester, Mass.; his former wife, Pollie T. Baham of Ponchatoula; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Louise Lee Baham; his parents, Marion and Verna Calmes Baham; two brothers, Milton and Claude Baham; and one sister, Marian "Dudi" Culotta.
Visitation will be today at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until the funeral at 10. Burial will be in Ponchatoula Cemetery.
