The body of Pvt. Jackson A. Walker, Hawkins County solder who lost his life in action in Germany November 30, 1944, will arrive in Bulls Gap tomorrow afternoon at 12:15. it will be removed to Stewart Funeral home and from there will be taken to the home of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. A.B. Walker, Bulls Gap, Route 2. Pvt. Walker was 24 years old at the time of his death.

Funeral services will be held at the Oates Methodist Church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Marvin Gass will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be met in Bulls Gap by the Bulls Gap VFW and the Hawkins County Post 21, American Legion, will do honors at the grave.

In addition to his grandparents, Pvt. Walker is survived by step-father J.T. Long and two step-brothers, Bobby and Raymond Long, all of Bulls Gap.
