Margaret Ketterer, daughter of Ralph and Theresa Sullivan Walsh, was born April 7, 1920 in Gresham, Neb. and died August 18, 1995 at St. Joseph Hospital in Concordia at the age of 75.
She was united in marriage to Clyde G. Ketterer on August 3, 1939 at Lincoln, Neb. He died in August of 1991.
She moved to Concordia in March 1963 from Haddam. She had been a resident of Mount Joseph Care Home in Concordia since July of 1994. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Concordia as well as the Altar Society, and a former member of the Moose Lodge in Concordia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and one granddaughter.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Morey of Narka, two sons, Wayne Ketterer and Daniel Ketterer, both of Concordia, five sisters, Bonnie Miller and Judy McMichael, both of Lincoln, Neb., Betty Anderson of Omaha, Lavern Stevenson of Vallejo, Calif., and Bernadine Walsh of Sacramento, Calif., eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 21, 1995 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Concordia with Rev. Frank Coady officiating. Burial was in St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia.
